THE AUSTRALIAN SUMMER ( spring/summer: sept-march) is the best time to be in the South of Australia so among our choices are any combination of 2 of : Kangaroo Island, Flinders Ranges, Clare Valley, Murray Riverlands.
THE AUSTRALIAN WINTER (autumn/winter April-Aug) we offer Northern destinations including Kakadu, Uluru, Adelaide River.
All Summer tours are met by Greg at Adelaide airport mid morning. We then take the scenic drive to the small picturesque Hills township of Hahndorf for a light lunch and a leisurely stroll around this beautiful old historic Adelaide Hills Town. From there it's on the road to all points North or South depending on what choices you've made.

FLINDERS RANGES: Situated approximately 400 km north of
Adelaide in the northern central outback of
South Australia's largest mountain range, The Flinders Ranges cover an area of 912 km², northeast of the small town of
Hawker. The area's most characteristic landmark is
Wilpena Pound, a large natural ampitheatre covering nearly 80 km², containing the range's highest peak,
St Mary Peak
We stay at the Arkaba Station, Rawnsley Park Eco Lodge or Prairie Hotel. All properties are luxury accomodation with stunning views, an abundance of wildlife, great staff and superb local food and of course amazing Australian wines. http://www.arkabastation.com/
KANGAROO ISLAND: A pristine wilderness located 70 miles southwest of Adelaide and accessible by ferry- a place that has offered protection to substantial populations of native Australian animals, a place of beauty and a place of escape. Kangaroo Island (or KI' as the locals call it) is also big and surprisingly diverse. If you traverse its 155km length you'll find soaring cliffs, dense forest, towering sand dunes, wetlands and massive arcs of bone white beach.

We stay at Hanson Bay Lodges in the midst of the largest Koala and Kangaroo sanctuary on the Island.
CLARE VALLEY: Settled in the 1840s and named after County Clare in Ireland, the Clare Valley has it all. There are heritage towns and trails, boutique wineries, museums and galleries. Jesuit priests planted the first vines in 1851. While they still produce their sacramental wine, theres so much more to enjoy, including some of the worlds best Riesling. Linked by scenic roads and framed by farms and vines, the Clare Valley is an idyllic combination of the practical and picture postcard.

MURRAY RIVERLAND: Without a doubt one of the most incredible places you'll ever visit. This truly iconic Australian region has natural wonders and welcoming communities that will ensure your trip is both memorable and special. The Murray Mallee is blessed with diverse and contrasting Australian landscapes, wildlife and locals. A photographer's paradise.
Any combination of these areas provides a fantastic photographic experience. We stay in first class accomodations, enjoy fantastic local food and travel in a roomy, modern airconditioned 4wd.
There is a maximum of only 4 participants per workshop so there is a high degree of individual instruction and attention.
The wildlife, landscapes and sunsets of the Australian Outback are sights that will inspire photographers, artists and adventurers alike.
